A japa mala is a wonderful sadhana tool, that supports in practicing mantra japa. A japa mala helps to focus on the mantra repetition practice. A mantra is imbued with the Guru’s grace and blessings. Mantra japa help the mind to become quiet, and it becomes easy to enter the beautiful heart within.
This kit contains – beads, elastic strings, instruction card to make the mala and a little pouch to store the japa mala. The beads are carefully selected semi-precious beads and Rudraksha beads that are known to be filled with sacred energy.
Parents can spend time with children engaging in this joyful activity, and can discuss with children, about the importance of mantra japa, and how they can make this practice a daily part of their lives.
