Our shipping policy as follows:
- Please note that above shipping charges are indicative and are subject to change as per courier company\’s latest charges.
- Please click here to see in which category of Zone your shipping address is located.
- We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 3 to 4 working days of the order.
- We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding Indian public holidays.
- All Mumbai deliveries are completed within 2 days post shipment and outside Mumbai in major cities deliveries are completed within 2 to 4 days post shipment, excluding the date of shipping.
- To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies and Speed Post.
- To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders, please be sure to include the COMPLETE postal address with the correct PIN CODE / Zip code. We cannot be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings.
- If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock, or If there is an unusual delay in sending the order, we will notify you by e-mail or phone call.
- If you believe that the products is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and send us email us at ebookstore@chitshakti.org, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
